We collect information you provide directly, including your business name, registration number, contact details, Ghana Card and TIN, bank and settlement account details, and invoice and buyer information. 3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process your application, verify your identity and business, assess risk, disburse funds, collect repayments, reconcile payments, communicate with you, detect fraud, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data for analytics and product improvement.
4. KYC and Credit Checks
To comply with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements, we verify your Ghana Card and TIN with the Ghana Revenue Authority and may obtain credit reports from licensed credit reference bureaus. You consent to these checks as a condition of using the Platform.
5. Sharing of Information
We share your information with buyers (for invoice verification), payment processors (such as Paystack for disbursements and collections), accounting providers you connect, credit bureaus, and regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Accounting Integrations
If you connect a third-party accounting provider (such as FreshBooks or Wave), we retrieve invoice data solely to pre-fill submissions and reconcile payment status. The connection is governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policy, and you may disconnect at any time from your profile settings.
7. Data Security
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, typically a minimum of seven years for financial records.
9. Your Rights
